1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays). We do not ship on weekends and public holidays.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number once your package is dispatched.
2. Delivery Time
Standard shipping: estimated 15–20 business days after dispatch to EU countries.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, delays may happen due to customs, carrier issues or peak seasons.
3. Shipping Cost & Free Shipping
Shipping rate calculated at checkout. Free shipping is available for orders over 【€30】.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, import duties, VAT and local taxes may be charged by customs in your country. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility and not included in product or shipping price.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
Please check your package upon arrival. If parcel is lost or visibly damaged, contact us with tracking number and photos within 7 days of delivery.
We will work with courier to investigate lost shipments.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to PO boxes in certain regions. Please provide a valid residential or commercial delivery address.
